Bay City Health Group - Osteopathy & Pilates Geelong: Reformer Class

What are Reformer Classes?

Reformer classes are group sessions which are performed on a single piece of Pilates equipment - the Reformer. These are very popular classes and have gained massive numbers worldwide over the last 5-10 years. The versatility of the Reformer means that classes are targeted to virtually anyone - from over 55 y/o classes to levels 1/2/3 and can be as easy or hard as required. Don't fear if you've never done a reformer class before - we have introductory classes! There will be a class available to suit your body and your needs. An added bonus - they are cheaper than regular clinical Pilates classes! Winning. And as if that isn’t enough, at Bay City Health Group we also offer quick Reformer Classes of 30min duration before work. Same machines, same great workout, squeezed into a 30min session for those who crave that morning workout but don’t have much time.
