As well as having a database of videos (below), we have also provided you with a home program template to print out!
Once you have printed out your home program, fill in your 3 main goals and write your very own program up based on the exercises we have provided.
We recommend using a few different exercises / stretches from each category to get your body moving and feeling great. Don’t fear, we will include instructions and cues on how to maintain great form so you don’t injure yourself and to ensure you get the most out of each exercise.
