Clint Cooper
Osteopath
Clinical Pilates Instructor
Bio:
Clint’s been in the health and fitness space for almost 20 years, starting out as a personal trainer before moving into Osteopathy and Rehab Pilates. Growing up in Ballarat, he was heavily involved in sport—competing at a national level in swimming, alongside footy and athletics.
After dealing with his own injuries in his early 20s, Clint developed a strong interest in how the body moves, where things break down, and how to re-build it stronger and more functional than before. That experience still shapes how he treats today—hands-on, practical, and focused on long-term results, not just quick fixes.
He has a keen interest in sports injuries, back pain, and biomechanics, and combines Osteopathy with Pilates-based rehab to help people move better, feel stronger, and stay that way.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find Clint in the gym or doing Pilates himself, learning (slowly 😅) the electric guitar 🎸, spinning classic records (think Pink Floyd, The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix), or chasing down a good coffee coffee☕️ and a chat with like-minded people.
