Pilates Circuit

A dynamic, full-body workout using a mix of Reformer, Clinical Pilates equipment and NOHRD strength gear. You’ll move through stations for strength, cardio and core stability—keeping things fun, energising and never boring. The first of its kind in Geelong!

Reformer Cardio

Low-impact but high-intensity! This class uses jumpboards and dynamic flows to build fitness, endurance and power—without the joint stress of traditional cardio. Expect to sweat and feel strong.

Reformer Mobility

Designed to improve flexibility, posture and body control. Slower, flowing movements release tension and open up the body while still building strength and stability. Perfect if you feel stiff or need more movement freedom.

Reformer Classic

A well-balanced, all-round Reformer class blending strength, mobility and core control. Great for all levels—this is your go-to classic Reformer workout with plenty of variety.

Mat Pilates

Back to Pilates foundations—using bodyweight, small props and deep core activation. Builds strength, control, posture and mobility with accessible movements that still challenge the whole body.

Clinical Pilates

Individually tailored and osteopath-designed to support injury recovery, postural issues or specific goals. Small group or 1:1 sessions using specialised equipment with expert guidance to keep you safe, supported and progressing.
